As terrible as this movie was, Arnold was definitely entertaining in it. He obviously had shitloads of fun playing this character. There are two scenes of his which are actually pretty good. The first is when he goes into that secret room at his lair and Nora Fries is preserved in the water tube, and the second is when he's at Arkham and sculpts a little ice figurine of her attached to a clock and inside a glass. I also like that sequence where he's driving his truck and drives through the neck of a giant statue chased by Batman and Robin. That's actually a good scene for Robin too when Batman stops the engine on his back and he just roars with rage as Batman goes after Freeze.

I loved him mocking Poison Ivy. I'd argue that was brilliant.

I recall Arnold had his jet painted in Batman and Robin livery to promote the movie.

The ice puns were lifted straight from the tv show. At one point Freeze infiltrates a banquet in a crate marked USDA beef. Someone asks what kind of meat it is, and Freeze busts out of the box and yells: "Cold cuts!"

This movie seemed like it was two movies welded together awkwardly. On one hand you have puns in almost every line and stupid shit with Bane, but then you had the subplot of Bruce Wayne reflecting on how important Alfred had been in his life and was effectively his surrogate father figure. I mean just compare the pretty moving scenes of Bruce seeing Alfred accompanying him to his father's funeral and consoling him after he falls over as a child in Wayne Manor, to Poison Ivy dressed as a gorilla.
