Robert Flores is taking Conrad's place on Flair's new podcast.
I don't see this one lasted a long time

Tony dropping an F-Bomb on Something to Wrestle With this week really caught me off guard. I don't mind a salty word or two, but this is the guy who I'd only ever heard cuss when he said "Hell" twice in one night and then profusely apologized for.
As comforting as it was to hear his voice again, I did a real triple-take at my earbuds.

Like, all the jokes we make about what a pathetic zombie Jeremy Borash looks like now....Tony Schiavone was that dude FIRST. Tony had more self respect at least and didn't tell fans to kill themselves, or whatever Borash said Tony Schiavone didn't have to deal with modern social media and fans vomiting a torrent of often incredibly personal abuse at him and everyone involved at WCW on any level 24 hours a day without any consideration for the fact that there's a real human being reading that stuff. There's only so much one human being can take of that before they snap at someone.

That is not a god damned excuse. John Cena, Roman Reigns and Countless other celebrities get shit from everyone 24/7, the majority of them can act like god damned adults and not sink to the level of stupid internet trolls. Telling people to kill themselves or other stupid shit that Jeremy Borash and Josh Mathews have said to fans is completely inexcusable block and or ignore the assholes and move on with your f***ing day like a god damned adult.

That is not a god damned excuse. John Cena, Roman Reigns and Countless other celebrities get shit from everyone 24/7, the majority of them can act like god damned adults and not sink to the level of stupid internet trolls. They have PR people managing their twitter, the WWE have a social media team handling their accounts, while TNA, being a much smaller company, have one person handling it and everyone knows who that is which gives the sh*theads of the internet fanbase a focal point for all their misplaced rage. I have absolutely no sympathy for 'victims' who bleat on about how a celebrity was mean to them, whether they're harassing them in the gym or on social media, none, if you're over 16 you should have a better grasp on how to act around other human beings, either in person or online. Borash is an adult, but so are the VAST majority of the people vomiting abuse at him, they're arseholes working tirelessly to get a rise from someone who is a decent guy that loves wrestling as much as they do. Eventually they got one and Borash got removed from the position then replaced by someone worse, bully for them I guess.

I got insomnia and the Goldberg podcast was just uploaded. It's kinda weird hearing Tony say f***.
Apparently Bill Goldberg got suspended from Georgia because he got in trouble, he also challenged guys to wrestle in the Atlanta Falcons. Tony described him as a hot head.
Now they're discussing the WCW power plant and how back in the day Gene Anderson just beat up guys.

Half an hour in the podcast. I won't spoil it but this is a must hear. Just half an hour in and I see clearly why Vince McMahon won the war.
For the first time I visualized how wcw was run from the inside and the people in charge....holy shit

Tony "I don't give a shit" Schiavone might become my favorite character in all of podcasting.

I mean, it was interesting, but he still didn't explain why he blocked me on Twitter. 4/10.

I cannot wait until they get into 1999/2000 WCW.

Since he appears to have no interest in doing anything with the business anymore, I can't wait until Tony gets more comfortable and turns both barrels on WCW management.

The Goldberg house show story told on the podcast is just nuts. It is even more crazy because it happen within a year of Goldberg doing WCW. Who gives someone that new so much power? WCW was truly the same as TNA.
