I like Mikey the best because he's the coolest, but I relate most to Raphael on a personal level.

Mikey was always my favorite; I even named my first cat after him. The cat was an orange tabby.
Donatello was the turtle I always used in the video games because of the long reach you could get with his bo staff.

I guess Donatello because his weapon was just a huge stick. There's something real badass about beating robots and ninjas to death with a stick. Also I was a huge fan of purple growing up
Edit: Least favorite was always Leo, though the latest TMNT cartoon worked its ass off to make me hate Michelangelo

Leo. As a kid, I was obsessed with swords and my favorite color was blue, so Leo was obvious. I was always drawn to the virtuous leader types too.
I liked Cracked's theory a few years ago that the perfect group will always have a Mikey, a Raph, a Donny and a Leo.

My favorite color is blue, then orange. So it was Leo, then Mikey.
