I can't find a video that hasn't been doctored with Pizzas and music etc. so was this part of the show, was she freaking out, what's her mental state in general?

Even though he was right next to her.
I would suspect she's insane or she was trying to create a memetastic moment (if the latter - congrats, it worked splendidly).

During the SAG Awards, the Stranger Things crew came on stage and a speech was given (political in nature, so let's not discuss it). Winona was there and made lots and lots of weird faces to express her shock and aw.

She does have horrifying anxiety and usually when she's on stage for these types of things it's with one other person or by herself so you don't get that kind of contrast. I don't think it's anything major or point of concern or result of any activities.
Super cute if anything.
