Last few years, Fassbenders the one for me.
All time? Harrison Ford, Natalie Portman, DiCaprio, Pitt, and before the Pirates//Iron Man Sequels, Johnny Depp & RDJ.

I'm a total Fassbender mark too.
I was a Scarlett Johansson mark till this crappy looking GiTS movie.

There are far too many to list, but one that immediately comes to mind is Robert De Niro.

I know he's by all accounts a terrible person(except when other assholes are asked about him) but I still love me some Mel Gibson movies.

Oh, I should also second Evans, and add Mahershala Ali and Matthew McConaughey (who is becoming a damn good voice actor).

For quite a long time if Micheal Biehn was in a movie, it was guaranteed to be awesome.
From like 1984ish to the mid 90's he had (and I'll miss a bunch I'm sure): Aliens, Terminator, The Rock, The Abyss, Navy Seals, and Tombstone. That's a crazy lineup of awesome.
Kyle Reese, Corporal Hicks and Johnny Ringo are all time classic action characters.

Nicolas Cage. I think it helps that he seems very self-aware about himself and doesn't appear to have any ego.
Plus there is a good actor beneath all the goofiness.

The guy knows people think he's a joke but doesn't give a f***. Plus you can't hate on a guy who goes to a party in Las Vegas with Guns n' Roses, Andrew Dice Clay, Dean Ambrose and CM Punk while wearing a t-shirt with one of his meme faces on.

Eliza Dushku.
I have sat through films and shows I normally wouldn't, because she was in them.

Michael Keaton. The guy has so much charisma I'll watch anything he's in.
