The only reason Bryan brought up the flat earth stuff is to make people focus on giving AJ shit and shift attention away from the fact he's in collusion with the mole people who live within the earth's core. Now, see... If you guys had a magnificent robot who housed a benevolent AI to eliminate all your free will steer you towards more rational methods such as creating an absolute defense against the core-dwelling menace or asking your WWE Champion about the planet's calorie content, you all wouldn't be in this mess. Just sayin'.

That's not even the craziest thing he believes. A number of years ago he used to go on and on about the ring having 6 sides.
I mean, come on now.

4 pages. Appropriate. Same number of sides the earth has.

I'm REALLY hoping he was joking. I'm also REALLY hoping that Daniel Bryan isn't an anti-vaxxer. Certainly now that he's about to have a kid.

Flat Earth is the weirdest conspiracy for me because I can't figure out why there would be a need to cover it up? Aliens, yeah I can buy the government covering it up, 9/11 been an aside job, yep. Atlantis, yeah I can see why it would be covered up and protected. But why would the government cover up the fact that the earth is actually flat? I actually watch a lot of flat earth videos on Youtube like all the time and the "why" question is addressed by Eric Dubay and Mark Sargent in almost all of their videos. Mark's explanation even allows for the government not being evil, if that is your thing.

If AJ was a flat-Earther, he wouldn't have denied it three times before throwing in the super heelish "there's a science" comment at the end. Also, given how outspoken Bryan is about so many things, if he were an anti-vaxxer I'd venture to guess it would have come out by now.

Yeah, like when Matt Hardy tweeted that we should all watch Vaxxed. Which reminds me that one of my favourite singers did that the other day, and now I have some CDs to hit with a hammer...

I'm going to be respectful as possible and restrict myself from saying what I really want to about anti-vaxxers, flat earthers, and others who reject scientific fact and/or theories and subscribe to their conspiracy theories, dogmas, and the like...
I'm really disappointed about turtles all the way down already being used in this thread. I'm thinking maybe the flat earther thing might have just been an insult (i.e. "You are so silly, you think the earth is flat!!!").

He spends a few minutes on Sam Roberts podcast today... out of character... discussing this. He denies it repeatedly but in a way that sounds he totally believes it. Also he throws it out there that NASA might be making up that other planets exist in order to get money. Yes. Other planets existing in general. 24 minutes into the show. Flat Earth part lasts only a few minutes.
Other people should listen and give an opinion here on how you think he comes off, because to me it sounds like he's all in.

You know... in terms of standards of pro wrestlers, I'd rather someone come out as a flat earth conspiracy believer than the other much worse things wrestlers have. Not to say this isn't ridiculously irresponsible and makes him look like a goof, because it does, I'm just relieved it's not worse.
