Final score for Celestial Advice is... 7.5/10. First act was a little weak, and the pace could have used some work, but some good character work for Twilight and some insight into Celestial's character makes it work. My stream was really wonky, so score might change a bit once I see a clean version.
Definitely an upgrade over Crystalling Part 1 from last year.

Unless otherwise prove otherwise.. I think Laughing Celestia will be the main thing from Episode 1.
