I want to know where Nicky was for this reunion? He passed away due to his accelerated growth from infant to 6 year old in the span of 6 months.  Man, I'm going back to the streets, where things make sense! |

I'm not super invested in the backstage stories of this show, what was the initial beef that led to her getting replaced, that's apparently lasted THIS long? Her and Will did not get along. She felt he was becoming "big time" and full of himself. I believe she even said before that this punk gets a TV show just like that and I've been acting many years before him. She feels the cast did not stand up for her but the way it seems is that she did not fit into the cast. If that part is true then that right there set the tone for what their dynamic was going to be like regardless if Will actually had an ego problem or not. |

Her and Will did not get along. She felt he was becoming "big time" and full of himself. I believe she even said before that this punk gets a TV show just like that and I've been acting many years before him. Yea I mean even if Will was feeling himself a little much, you can not blame him based upon how his star was rising. She just seemed to be "petty" by a good amount of accounts and it hurt her in the long run. I did see that Will did give an interview after she was off the show and he described as she wanting it to be "The Aunt Viv show" basically saying that if it was not about her it did not matter. When you look at what she said from what I mentioned and what Will said than it def seems she was holding it against him for being a hot young star while she was playing co-star. Seems like her ego took a hit when you consider every other cast member was more popular than her. |

Yeah, she always was bitter from what I recall hearing that she was relegated to a supporting character role but as James Avery told her, "It's called The Fresh Prince". Obviously, Uncle Phil got more play than Aunt Viv, but still, it sounds like her ego could not abide not being given spotlight. |

Jazz even males reference to it in one episode, asking Will who was playing the mom this year. What makes it even better is that after he asks that, the suddenly 5 year old Nicky walks into the room & answers "Same one"...then Will looks at the camera & makes a motion that Nicky had a growth spurt. |

Outside of Carlton, essentially everyone was interchangeable as far as importance in an episode but that does not mean they did not have time to shine. It is a shame because she was funny in her role but she chose to let her personal matters get in the way. Since then she has blamed Will I believe because people did not hire her as much after that incident |
