You Can't Do That On Television is the only correct answer. It's probably not on those services. But darn it, it's still the only correct answer. Ah, Christine "Moose" McGlade, my first true love. About a year ago I marathoned the entire, previously thought lost, Canada-only first season of the show. You could easily see why she became the star of it. In terms of raw talent and stage presence she was head and shoulders above any other kid they had that first year.

Young Justice. Recognizable heros with an easy to follow plot
Gravity Falls - I am pretty sure they have seen that already and idk if it is on any of the other streaming services. Not on Netflix tho

Has to be appropriate for a 9 year old girl and an 8 year old boy. Has to be streaming on Netflix, Hulu or Amazon. Their currently working on Classic MMPR and Animanics. well, you've already listed power rangers (i ordered the first 17 seasons, including the original off ebay a few weeks ago, still waiting) so, that leaves us with x-men, ninja turtles (the original and the rest of them too as well as the 3 original movies) the land before time (the first one steven spielburgh and george lucas did) after that disney bought the rights to it and made it into a kids movie franchise filled with bright colors, singing and usually a moral to be learned.YAY DISNEY [/sarcasm] i still enjoyed them, and i imagine kids would still like them. according to Amazon there are 14 of these movies and they have a box set. kids love dinosaurs so, i'm guessing they'll love these and then we get into the obvious like the Lion King, Jungle Book. Scooby Doo, the jetsons, Looney Toones (i know there's a box set for this one too)

Batman the animated series - If the success of the Dark Knight trilogy intrigues them, I'm sure they wouldn't mind watching this narrative portrayal of the main character and their villains.
So Weird - sci fi drama which Mackenzie Phillips was on as a musician on tour with her characters daughter as a teen who investigates paranormal activity. One of Disney Channel's few serialized shows before the network became sitcom centric.

Might try Ninjago on Netflix. It's not bad, really.
