It's nice to see that she's come through whatever breakdown etc she had some years back. You see pics and vids of her now, and she seems healthy and happy. It's nice to see a celebrity who dealt with some high profile problems seemingly turn things around and be in a positive place.
Good for her.

She seems really fulfilled being a parent. It was pretty surreal seeing her show some Dragonball drawing one of her kids did, with her saying, "Frieza is popular in our household", or something to that effect.

It was really disgusting how the media treated her 10 years ago while she was going through some serious shit. Glad she got better and seems very happy now, sadly it's a bit rare for celebrities to overcome their issues.

That South Park episode about Britney Spears seems very outdated now in the best way possible

She got through it and now seems very happy and settled. Good for her. I've always liked her.

She's always seemed too good and too gentle a person for her nasty industry. She's never said a bad word about anyone and nobody who's worked with her has anything bad to say.
It's a real credit to her that she's pulled herself out of it. I'd like to think what happened to her would be a warning to the media but clearly it isn't.

When she did the Simpsons, they said she was perfectly nice and sweet to everyone and all her handlers were insane. They insisted she couldn't say songbird and made them change the line because they were convinced it was a dig at her.

Britney has a few songs I always enjoyed, like Toxic, Stronger and Work Bitch. But even if I couldn't stand her music I'd still support her. She in no way deserved to be harassed by the press to the degree where she had a breakdown.

She became extremely famous at a young age. That's going to mess with anyone's head. I think she surrounded herself with some bad people that weren't looking out for her best interests. I also think that her kids and this Vegas gig she got helped keep her grounded now. It's good to see people pull through bad times and come out the other end alright.

I have never hated her. In fact, in fact, I have considered myself to be a closet Britney fan even in her heyday, but that was mostly because I was around a bunch of people who bashed her to no end. I have supported her and she never seemed like a bad person to me.

It was a perfect commentary on the media's treatment of Britney at the time mixed with typical OTT South Park humour.

I gotta admit, I dug Ms.Spears in high school. I'm proud of how she's pulled herself out of a rut with the help of her kids and a solid work ethic.

Britney Spears was the first concert I went to. I'm happy she is in a good place now.

I had a huge crush on her growing up and I remember her having nuclear Roman-level heat from the media back then. People often forget (or are too young) that before social media most people had to waste their time watching TV, listening to the radio, or reading monthly music publications, hence pop stars were way more famous than they are today because there was more mystique and privacy surrounding them. The vitriol aimed at her, in retrospect, was truly nasty and I'm surprised that she didn't kill herself when she eventually went through her breakdown. Good to know she's in a better place now.
