I watch ESPN through their firestick app, if that counts. I haven't had cable or a digital antenna for over a year.

Yeah, I prefer to watch (current) shows "live" for the most part so I can read reactions and speculation threads immediately after.

Usually, I'll have Food Network on in the background, but aside from that, not really.

The only channels I watch currently are HGTV and the Travel Channel. I love those RV shows.

I have the SportsNet Go and TSN Go apps on my X-Box One, which gives me 10 sports channels including all of WWE TV in Canada, so I'm pretty much set. Haven't had actual cable or satellite in a few years

Nope. Haven't done so in over six years. The only consistent show I watched was Top Gear with Clarkson and Co. Having said that, not willing to pay Amazon just to watch three middle aged men act foolish. Joey's version of Top Gear kinda sucks.
Name a main stream TV show - reality or otherwise and I probably haven't seen it.
The only uninterrupted time I can get to watch something is within the confines of a dark cinema hall.

Yeah. USA Network, Cartoon Network, AXS TV, Pop, El Rey when Lucha Underground is current... Picked up Disney XD when Pokemon moved there. ABC, NBC, Fox, CW, CBS. TBS sometimes when I'm watching Seinfeld while I eat. AMC for Better Call Saul or random movies. That's pretty much it, though.

I have cable, my GF has Netflix/YouTube.
I genuinely prefer cable. and I'm not the biggest fan of that either but I think Netflix is Terrible. And YouTube on Xbox as opposed to Mobile is terrible too.
Usually I'll watch FX, Adult Swim, and all the HBO/Showtime like channels.

i only watch the tv shows that are new when they come on tv or satellite. everything else i watch online, this way i can whatch what i want, when i want and how much i want. lol. i'm telling you someday netfix, etc. will put cable and satellite companies out of business as long as they're smart and stay affordable and have less commercials.

Yep, watch a lot of the Animated Networks, USA for RAW and Smackdown, ESPN, ABC, FOX, NBC, AMC, FX depending on the shows that aren't in hiatus at the time.
But of course I also watch stuff online. It's a fine balance.

Only time I ever have it on is for the kids. The Sponge Bob Channel, the Teen Titans Go Channel, and the Tom & Jerry Channel.

Not really.
Occasionally I'll watch Better Call Saul during the live air. Or Preacher.
Other than that it's probably Netflix or occasionally something live on Viceland.

Not so much these days, I'm into Netflix.
It's just WWE Raw/SD every now and then, Walking Dead and Better Call Saul.

Despite being a streaming service, Pluto TV is all linear channels. So yes I do--lots of interesting stuff there and it's all free.
I pick up a surprising amount of channels with my digital antenna, including two that, if I still had cable, would require a subscription to Comcast's Digital Preferred programming tier. I don't care about what's on the major networks, but the digital sub-channels are pretty interesting. I enjoy classic TV, so channels like Antenna TV and Cozi TV are right up my alley.
I am kinda pissed that Sinclair took Grit TV away, however.

Technically, insofar that I watch shows that are on channels. I watch The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow, and Supergirl, but beyond that, I wouldn't say that I watch the CW as a whole. To me, there's a difference. When I was younger, I might have MuchMusic or CNN on my TV for hours at a time. In those cases, I would say that I was 'watching TV channels', because I was less concerned about specific shows and more interested in the overall experience of watching music videos or the news. But today, I only watch the things in which I am interested, whereas the rest I leave behind. But even then, today, in the age of streaming services and DVR, it's easy enough to catch a show that I missed without watching the original channel on which it aired.

i only watch my cable and satellite for new shows when they air. other than that i watch everything online.
i've been saying it for a while now. in time there will be no cable or satellite tv and it'll be all on demand or sites like netflix/hulu.
and if those sites stay affordable with a wide selection of stuff to watch and no limit on how much you can watch. i think they'll be able to beat out cable and satellite. waiting for your show to air re-runs is a thing of the past.
