I just saw a guy rocking an Expos Bryce Harper jersey.
Surely, that is a most egregious jersey foul.

Old player on the back of a current jersey. Because sometimes they do retro/throwback jersey's so yeah Max Domi technically wore the old retro Coyote's Jersey for one night.

Depends, old players on a current jersey isn't all that bad, if lets said player still works with the team. Examples I don't see anything wrong with Brett Hull on a current Blues Jersey when he works for the team's front office. The Blues as a whole have a lot of hall of fame or all time greats in team history still connected to the team. With the winter classic a lot of teams bring out the throwback style looks. More so in the Alumni games.

The only foul to me is wearing a jersey of a guy younger than you.

Old on new. If they didn't play in it, don't wear it.

How about "old player on throwback he never wore"?
I saw a guy in an early-1980s Atlanta Braves powder blue road shirt-sey (shirt made to look like a jersey) with #3 on the front. Here I'm thinking, "Cool, a Dale Murphy! That's nice!"
Wrong. The back said "Ruth". I wanted to smack the guy after seeing that.

I have strange jersey etiquette: while 99% of the time I'm a follower of "If he didn't play in it, don't wear it", I'm a huge fan of ones that are so outrageous, obscure or odd that they are somehow cool or funny to wear.
Last year I saw a Favre Jersey, it was the Falcon's 2016 home jersey at a Vikings game. Actually looked cool. Saw a Jim McMahon throwback Packer's jersey given as a present at a bachelor party for the ultimate Bears Fan. The note on the package was"to honor the Superbowl Victory over the Patriots!" That was epic level trolling. "What, he won just as many Superbowls as a Packer!" was said as he realized what the present was.

It's really weird seeing an old player's name on a modern day jersey, especially if the team moved to another city. Especially if the move came with bad blood.
Like can you imagine a Jim Brown Baltimore Ravens jersey?

What if someone wanted a McDavid #97 on this Oilers jersey? I love that jersey. First sports jersey I ever bought and I demand it to be brought back at least twice a year for retro nights!

Like can you imagine a Jim Brown Baltimore Ravens jersey? By that token, it seems like a modern day star in an old city's throwback, like the Bryce Harper Expos jersey mentioned in the OP- seems a little worse than that. Almost like it's taunting the old city that lost the team with the current stars they could have had. Close second for times where a current team in the city basically steals an older team part and parcel for themselves (like how the Avalanche stole the Rockies from the New Jersey Devils.)

For the Devils' part, I don't think any Devils fans really care about the team's lineage when they were the Kansas City Scouts or the Colorado Rockies.
Though one of the weirder cases of this was when the Rangers turned their AHL team into the Connecticut Whale as a nod to the Hartford Whalers.

An adult wearing a jersey outside a sporting event or a fantasy draft

An adult wearing a jersey outside a sporting event or a fantasy draft I wouldn't go that far. But maybe wearing it when not in season. Like wearing a baseball jersey in Dec. Or A football or Hockey jersey in July.

There is an Eric Dickerson in current Rams uniform I see on Ebay and Pawn Shops and it makes me cringe.
