We're just a grouping of smaller live organisms that through miracles of nature (or God if that's your feeling) that formed into larger groups of organisms an almost infinite number of times over to create a large self aware being that's home to trillions upon trillions of other lives that are born and die every second.
We have no meaning because eventually any and all traces of our existence will be wiped from history as our universe expands, explodes,and resets in infinite cycles.
Our existence is both an almost impossible miracle and completely meaningless at the same time.
