Any not-so-obvious guesses for entrants? The best place to start would probably be looking at notable names who have signed contracts already but haven't appeared on NXT TV much or at all. This includes Kimber Lee, Crazy Mary Dobson, Andrea, Kairi Hojo, Io Shirai, Evie and Nixon Newell, among others. Then there's people who have at least worked enhancement for WWE and NXT in recent months like Nicole Matthews, Candice LeRae, Rachael Ellering, Deonna Purrazzo, Delilah Doom, etc. Correct me if I am wrong, but I'm near sure I read Mary Dobson got released pretty recently. |

When they create a lifesized statue of her at a future WrestleMania, will her son Handy be in attendance?
......or hell, because it is this line of thought: will her son Handy be at this event to congratulate the winner?

Gonna make this an all-purpose thread.
Some news on possible entrants for the Mae, based on some comments in the Observer this week... Meltzer seems to be under the impression that Viper (SCO), who has become available after the delay of the World Of Sport revival, and inaugural PROGRESS Women's Champion Toni Storm (NZL/AUS) are locks for the tournament, but Io Shirai (JPN) will likely not be in the tournament as she is finishing up her commitments in Japan before joining WWE at a later date.

For a local (CA) girl, I'm hoping Shotzi Blackheart (one-time Tough Enough contestant Ashley Urbanski) gets in. I saw her at an APW show, and she mentioned that she applied for a slot. Given that she's a regular in the Bay Area indies, and one of the better women of the area, I'm pulling for her.

The Progress Atlas Championship, basically a reverse cruiserweight belt (only for wrestlers OVER 205 pounds). It was the newest belt before the women's one, only being introduced in September. |
