Anyone have any plans? Traveling, cooking out, enjoying a day off of school or work, not doing anything special because you're not in the US? I will be spending the weekend in Milwaukee, enjoying some good food and a Brewers game on Sunday afternoon. Working today, off tomorrow and possibly Monday, might have to attempt making a batch of chili for myself  |

Not much different than most... except at some point, I'm going to be stuck in the car with a relative that I have trouble dealing with for extended periods of time unless I have an escape route so that's going to be great.  I know the feeling. For right at 25 years was stuck spending X-mas day with a relative I do not get along with. Thankfully I don't have to do that anymore. I wish you luck. |

Mowed the lawn Friday morning before it tried to rain. Did some shopping.
Shopping at Home Depot. Also, groceries done Saturday. Also replaced the shower curtain in the bathroom window.
Today, I had no real plans. Went outside because the sun was out. Went ahead and replaced the 6 weathered bricks that serve as our "stoop" in front of the garage with newer ones.
Before I knew it, I was digging up pavers covered by dirt & grass and turned the stoop into a bricked walkway from our back sidewalk to the garage.
While I did that, the wife replaced the bathroom sink faucet with a new one (with an LED light that is controlled by water flow).
We done did good. I ain't doing shit tomorrow except play my video games.

As far as plans go, if it ever clears up enough, Im going to try to bbq. Until then, Just cleaning what I can and taking it easy. |
