The big guy just walks through every missile strike, rocket launch and machine gun barrage like it's nothing. Most of the time it doesn't even slow him down.
Come up with a plan that doesn't involve making a giant robot, Japanese bureaucracy!

Yeah, you would think after the 60+ years of this, they would just build their cities inland and let Godzilla & co have the coast.
It could be a real tourism booster.
"fly to Japan and the biggest creatures on Earth wreck abandoned cities".

I would actually like to see a monster movie that starts off with the Japanese army defeating Godzilla and then wondering what the Hell they do next.

Hey, it worked in Destroyah. So there's always a chance. But DESTOROYAH~! was affected and created with the Oxygen Destroyer, he isn't a natural force like Godzilla. It totally has logic and reason behind it all folks, see? |

Why even bother? With an attitude like that, son, Godzilla has practical won before the fight has even started! Enough of that 'I quit!' attitude, and make sure we've got lots of bullets.
