I think if it was a 15-year old white kid, we'd be seeing different posts. I'm going to leave it at that, out of respect for the forum's rules. Was this really a necessary post? A white kid dropping an n-bomb would draw outrage because it's racist. A white person can't know the full extent of that word's impact. There's no equivalent and considering the history of the word and what it signifies, a white kid has much further implications and ramifications regardless the context. Someone using a slur commonly associated with their own race/orientation/religion/etc. isn't the same thing because they're on a different level of understanding of the word's impact.

Remember when Vince called John Cena "my n****" to the shock and dismay of Booker T and Sharmell? ::Vince in Gorilla position:: It's only OK when I say it, dammit! ::flips table::

Speaking as an African American, I think it's a word that shouldn't be uttered by any race. And no...I actually don't think the post was necessary. I posted it in haste and would like to apologize to the forum and moderators for opening a can of worms. EDIT: Let's move past it and just focus on Lavar's wackiness!

This segment is the first time since WM I've seen the WWE all over social media. Since Shane jumped off the cell actually.

The shut-ins indignantly typing "Who?" and "Why should I care?" every time WWE involves someone outside their bubble should appreciate the chance for something they love to be seen by a new audience and a chance to have their own worldview enlarged with something to connect to pop culture outside of the wrasslin' niche. Shut ins? Really? Can we stop with the idea of some minor celebrities being huge gets or people being stupid (Willingly or not) for not knowing who they are? Maybe they don't like sports, maybe they don't like hip hop, maybe they don't read comics, maybe they don't watch many movies, or maybe they don't just don't give a shit because wrestling is their thing. Yes, Google is a thing but jumping on people for not wanting to research something they don't care about just for a 5 minute segment on something they do is bullshit and I am sick of it. Stop trying to make people give a shit about things they clearly don't. These aren't world leaders, major movie stars or anything like that. These aren't big names and even then I don't think excuses it completely. This isn't life and death, it's f***ing WWE for god's sake. Every one f***ing chill on this shit.

I wad dead when dude took his shirt off. The youngest one saying the n-word twice made this an all time great Raw segment, imo. This is up there with Booker T's infamous "HULK HOGAN, WE COMIN' FOR YOU" promo in terms of naughty words slipping past the censors on live TV.

As in fans more than the standard "wrasslin lovers yall" are actually interested in something they see on their tv related to wrestling.

LeBatard Show should be fun tomorrow. Especially since a number of the people on that show are big wrestling fans.

Although I will say that after the LaVar Ball hype, in hindsight, I am disappointed that last year WWE never reached out to the Damn Daniel kids to have them show up on Raw and comment on the fashionable footwear that so many of the superstars and divas of the company wear every week on television.

If you want some ignorant shit just have dj akademiks interview The Usos and say some wild shit to Naomi. Yes, i'm adding Naomi to the Usos now for this purpose.

Side note, and kind of a reach, but I wonder if "The Titus Brand" suddenly becoming "Titus Worldwide" tonight was Vince calling an audible because he was so pissed about the segment.

For what it's worth, the "Why should I care" argument is pretty reasonable considering the segment lead to a nothing match featuring people not even in the original segment. I guess trending on social media and being on ESPN is cool, but people aren't going to care just because a famous guy is on TV for 10 minutes, lol.

Stop trying to make people give a shit about things they clearly don't. These aren't world leaders, major movie stars or anything like that. These aren't big names and even then I don't think excuses it completely. No one is trying to make anyone give a shit. Just explaining who these people are and why they're there. Its the weird condescending 'above it all' stuff in some of the "Who is this person and why should I care" posts that understandably get some riled up.

That is helpful and perfect. Telling people to go to Google and figure it all out because god forbid they don't care about what world this person is from, who it is and how they should know person isn't. Both sides are tiring but this is a WWE board. It focus on WWE, not the NBA or NCAA in this case and people that are fans of that need to accept that. Explain it to help out you're fellow WWE fans here instead of being a dick about it, and if people still want to ask "Who?" learn to ignore it since they clearly don't give a f*** like children do. Quit making it worse.

People managing to throw a spanner in this stale show format RAW has been operating on for so long now is always great. Had zero idea who these guys were before this, but they were brilliant for that alone. The funniest thing that could come from this with the increased attention and hair pulling over why it was ended is that video of Vince and Cena somehow going viral.
