Accidentally found one at my local Target yesterday. Told myself I wasn't going to get it because I didn't want to search high and low or pay high prices for it, but when it was that easy I couldn't help myself. My biggest gripe is how short the cord for the controllers are.

I was at the Thinkgeek store at the mall on Wednesday and they had eight of them.

Was looking for something else on Best Buy's website last night and it popped in my head to see if I could order one. You can't order one online but they do tell you if a Best Buy in your area has them in stock/are running low. Went over to my local BB this morning, picked up one of the three they had, no muss no fuss. Looks great on a big HD TV, very pleased with it.

People have done a pretty good job of getting a lot of games that previously didn't work in Canoe (the SNES Mini's built-in emulation) to a working status.

Did anyone ever have issues with their controllers? I bought one for the family for Christmas and by days end the right button on one controller doesn’t want to work and goes down instead. Super annoying.

Super annoying. Sounds like you just got a faulty one. I've gotten hundreds of hours out of mine without any issues whatsoever.

They were going to quote me pricing. Um...I literally opened it yesterday. It’s under warranty for a year and it’s day 1...send me a replacement.

Do you have a Wii Classic controller or anything that could serve as a replacement?

I don’t but my son can just play 1 player games for now. I was already looking into wireless controllers so that might be where I end up going, .

Just got an NES classic for Christmas. Probably going to get two wireless controllers and hack the shit out of it.

Both my systems are hacked. I also picked up an extension cable for the controllers, especially the NES
