So the Texans have lost Watt, Mercilus, Watson, and Cushing is off shooting steroids in his butt. Talk about snake bitten. The Texans and Colts are both done. The Jags are going to the playoffs. Or the Titans. But Houston won the world series and has now lost their rising star QB for the season. The world of sports can be a cruel mistress.

Not with Blake Bortles as their QB, unless Mariotta gets hurt again. Hell, even if he is hurt I'm not certain the Titans still don't win the division. Still, that new Jags D isn't anything to laugh at. Two good CBs making QBs hold onto the ball for just a little longer so that Campbell, et. al. can get to him to get yet another sack? Scary stuff, man.

Watson has one of the best games of the NFL season and shows he has one of the most promising NFL Careers ahead of him, and then has an injury that ends his season where you dont know if he'll ever come back the same
This season's been wack man.

Why not let Jacksonville host a playoff game for once?

Scary stuff, man. AFC South is trash. Why not let Jacksonville host a playoff game for once? I don't know, because they're still the Jags? Honestly, this whole division is a mess. Jim Irsay used to be a decent owner, but I think he's rotted his brain a bit too much and let things get massively out of hand. It will take them years to make them a complete team again (though a healthy Luck does do a fantastic job putting a real polished shine on any turd). I think that the Texans also have major problems since I would have absolutely no faith in Bill O'Brien as coach. The GM is also not bright since he spent a fortune on a QB that his head coach had absolutely no interest in. The Titans have promise, but it all hinges on Mariotta staying healthy, which is starting to feel like saying the Rams/Eagles/Vikings all had promise but it all hinged on Sam Bradford staying healthy. Also, there had to be some reason that it took them 11 tries to actually beat a Pagano-led Colts, and that excuse isn't that Luck beat them every time since he's missed a few during that time. Lastly, I just don't know about the Jags. Bortles is back-up level QB. He just is. He's got some decent traits, but accuracy, decision-making, and ability to read defenses aren't amongst them (unless he is playing the Colts because he tears up Pagano defenses). Beyond that, I am always leery of any team that tries to buy their way to success. It's one thing to sign a finishing piece of the puzzle. It's another thing to buy half a puzzle.

49ers placed WR Pierre Garcon on injured reserve with a neck injury, ending his season. To continue, it looks like Bills Wide Receiver Zay Jones looks like he just got hurt pretty bad, fresh off of acquiring Kelvin Benjamin This season truly is a war of attrition.

Yeah that totally looked like the dreaded "non contact knee injuries" even though he technically made contact with the defenders foot.

With the Jets fluxing between tanking or not, I'm starting to wonder if they'll simply trade up to get a high draft pick in the draft. They do have 2 2nd-round picks, so maybe a 1st, a 2nd, and Wilkerson for a top pick?

Jets just really have to stay in the top 12-14 I feel like they would draft Lamar Jackson as he's a projected Top 20 pick and I think they would be safe enough that no one will jump ahead of them I feel like they need to keep Wilkerson at this point since they traded Sheldon and the DL has been getting weaker over the years with losses of Snacks Harrison and others
