Juju's gotta get a suspension for that hit on Burfict. I know everyone hates him, but that was uncalled for That game was Bowling Shoe ugly, the amount of injuries and dirty hits, like I know this is billed as a nasty rivalry but I think some of these dudes just bring out the worst in one another and at some points it looks like a back alley fight. I sometimes wonder if they would let these two teams just have a brawl if it would lead to less serious injuries than when it's confined to ingame hits and shenanigans.

I have Sunday off so I get to see Green Bay hopefully not give Cleveland their first win of the season!

Both Gronk and Smith-Schuster's suspensions have been upheld. Illoka's appeal is the only one left and I don't see that one being reversed either

The NFL's discipline is ridiculously inconsistent.
Gronk and JuJu both get 1 game, yet 1 deserved a longer suspension.
Meanwhile, Kiko Alonso blatantly hit Flacco in the head and got off with a fine.
And let's not forget Trevathan's brutal and blatant shot at DaVante Adams.
I don't get it.
The NBA, NHL, and MLB do a better job with suspensions.
The NFL OTOH basically randomly decides when to suspend players IMO

I dunno... Marvin Lewis, 15 years and no playoff wins. That's got to be a record. For whatever reason I think he has his job more secure than half the league.

I sort of disagree with Andy Reid not feeling some impact on his job going into next season assuming Chiefs don't make playoffs. Colts, Browns, and Bears are def getting new coaches in the offseason Bengals you would think so after all this time with Marvin and i'll give a somewhat surprise for Texans with Bill O'Brien but he has one year left on the job so they might let him finish and get a new coach then plus you don't want to have Desahun in another playbook for his 2nd season

I still think in the overall rankings that there needs to be separation between the Browns and the rest of the league. Like have the Giants at #31, some CFL teams and Lingerie League Teams to fill out the 30's and the Browns at #40.
Or just have the Giants be the last place team and leave the Browns completely off the list.
..... we need to invent a time machine so the 0-16 Lions can play the soon-to-be 0-16 Browns during the preshow of this year's Superbowl.

Most people out there dream of having the kind of job security he's had. 0-7 in the playoffs is atrocious enough, but the fact that team has been a bunch of undisciplined dickheads during most of his tenure is just pathetic.

Ridiculous NFL hypothetical I heard on the radio. Would a fully naked (except for helmets and cleats) Patriots beat a fully uniformed Browns?

Roger Goodell has signed a 5yr/$200m extension to stay commissioner of the NFL. Well watch the league become more a joke in the next 5 years with the unconsistent handling of punishment and mishaps. I don't see why as a league they want to keep this guy and at that price. He not worth that kind of money.

Roger Goodell has signed a 5yr/$200m extension to stay commissioner of the NFL. I'm awaiting the strike when the collective bargaining agreement expires in a related note
