With the Patriots win on Sunday evening, they can officially lay claim to winning their division. And, as has become a tradition over the years, let's take a quick moment to remind everyone of how successful the Patriots have been in the Tom Brady and Bill Belichick era. AFC EAST DIVISION CHAMPIONS SINCE 2001: Patriots, Jets, Patriots, Patriots, Patriots, Patriots, Patriots, Dolphins, Patriots, Patriots, Patriots, Patriots, Patriots, Patriots, Patriots, Patriots, Patriots Now, division championships are by no means indicative of future post-season success, and the Patriots aren't hanging any banners inside of Gillette Stadium for winning the AFC East, but to have been atop the division 15 out of 17 seasons and the last nine years is an achievement that we're not supposed to see in the era of the salary cap and may not see again for quite some time.
How about the fact they've been to 11 AFC Championship games in the same time. Basically in every year except three you needed to beat the Patriots to make the Super Bowl.

Well, if he gets it, being QB in the league (he will want to start) will be a huge conflict of interest for the team especially with Cam Newton there.

One: I doubt Kapernick would even have the minimum collateral to put in a bid and even if he did his input wouldn't mean shit Two: Diddy doesn't have the money either and i'm not too sure he would be able to find someone with the bank to put up the majority and he put up the minimum Three: As I stated earlier both of them can go kick rocks. I'm tired of Kapernick and Diddy can go away

Pro Bowl rosters were just announced, and in a total non-surprise, Green Bay has nothing.

So basically Dallas needs this to happen to make the playoffs:
1. Win out. 2. Have Detroit lose one more game. 3. Have Atlanta lose both their last two games.

I don't care who does it, I don't care how it gets done, but the NFC needs to pool its resources to ensure we're not subjected to the Detroit Lions in the playoffs. I'm so tired of their bland, boring, uninspired brand of football finagling its way into the postseason and being a pockmark on Wild Card weekend. They're the current equivalent to those lame Bengals teams that would stumble their way into the playoffs and get soundly whomped in the first weekend.
