I'd sign them all. But like...especially Tessa, Toni, Candice, and Santana. And Shayna and Piper. And Kay Lee Ray and Jazzy. And the others.

I might as well put my choices up:
Tessa Blancard - I've known she's great for a while, she had the best match of the first round with Sane, she's a Blanchard, it makes sense. Charlotte/Blancard sounds great to me.
Toni Storm - This was my first exposure to Toni Storm and it's amazing she's only 21. She's a fine worker and someone who you could easily build a division around, even a whole brand around if something like that were to happen. Since she's an Aussie, though, it might take a while to sign her but the wait is worth it.
Piper Niven - For someone who looks like Piper, she's capable of a lot more than you'd first think. Very athletic, very strong, very capable. She's Nia Jax without being green still.
I didn't want to cut Candice and I love Candice but those were my picks. Jazzy's great too.

As I mentioned in the Week 2 thread, Mia's matches are #2 and #3 on my list of favorite matches in the tournament thus far (Blanchard/Sane being #1). Tessa gets my vote for being the non-signed person in my #1 match. Lastly, I went with Renee Michelle. Her match wasn't fantastic, but she showed a lot of potential, and I'm a bit embarrassed to admit I thought she was the most gorgeous woman in the whole thing. <3 EDIT: You took out Yim! Yes! I've had a crush on Renee Michelle since she was a Rosebud.

I voted for Candice LeRae. She had an awesome match. I could see her as a top women's babyface.
My other two votes went to Piper Niven and Jazzy Gabert. It would be good to have some more women on the roster that could play the role of having the size advantage. Jazzy needs to have a Braun Strowman-like run as a monster heel.

It's very hard to pick just three because based on their performances, I'd say everyone other than Marti deserves a contract in one way or another.
I think Renee, Ayesha and Miranda would be very good hires to go down to the PC.
Toni, Mia, Candice, Mercedes, Serena and Kay Lee Ray could all be on NXT tomorrow and they'd fit in perfectly.
With more training Piper, Santana and Tessa could all be great talents.
Rachel and Nicole would be good picks to fill out a bigger women's division.
Sugehit could fit in really well in a veteran role.
Jazzy came off looking like something really special in her one match.
Shayna has been booked brilliantly and would be something very different for any of the women's divisions.
Thinking like someone running the actual business of WWE I would hire: - Jazzy- she came off like the biggest star in the first round, and she lost the match. Fantastic look, fantastic presence...get her on TV immediately - Toni Storm- a woman to build your future around. Beautiful, talented, charismatic, marketable...she had everything you'd want from a figurehead of the company - Serena- a veteran, very well liked by her colleagues, a talented lady with a fantastic story of redemption that would serve very well with WWE's philanthropic ventures

Jazzy as shes awesome, unique and a solid worker, id love to see her as a face monster as she seems so likeable in real life, we have Nia Jax as the female heel monster, we dont need another.
Princesa Sugeith would be one for me, though sadly a bit too old now but id love to see her have some sort of run as iv always been a fan.
Toni storm has tremendous character and ability so id go with her though i like a few others.

I mean I voted for Toni but I would be surprised if she wasn't already low-key signed after these tapings. Evers/Blanchard are very talented and also generational talent but I don't think we'll be seeing them for a while since I believe they both want to make a name on the indie circuit first. Candice LaRae is also worthy of being signed but I wouldn't be surprised if she already was. Honestly I think many of the women on this poll will get a contract sooner or later as the main roster's women division is stale and NXT wrestlers like Ember Moon, Ruby Riot, and Nikki Cross are more than ready to move up as well.

Think the only thing about Storm is that I don't know the travel status for her, if anyone's in the know about it.
She's an Australian who lives in the U.K. so I don't think she's someone whose getting signed ASAP unless it was done WELL in advance.

Candice Mia Jazzy
If I had to choose 3 those would be the one's
Besides them Princesa,Rachel Evars and Piper Nevin would also be good editions
Really shocked though Candice LaRae has not been signed years ago as she is one of the best wrestlers in the world and she has a look WWE likes, also shocked Mia was not signed because of how many WWE females interact with her on social media

I've only watched the first two episodes, but a lot of the matches have been real turds. Rachel Evers stood out as being particularly bad. I honestly couldn't believe she was an SWA graduate. And she's dragging poor Lance's real last name through the mud.

Toni Storm,Mia Yim and Mercedes Martinez immediately.NXT needs them.
Leave Tessa a few years on the indies and keep an eye on her.

My picks and I feel this will fully rejuvenate the NXT Women's Division
Tessa Blanchard Not really been a fan to be honest as I have not watched alot of her stuff, her match with Sane was great and I think her eventually working with Charlotte would be great. I think shde needs some tweaking as she feels pretty plain, but you only have to look at Charlotte to see how NXT did her well.
Piper Niven/Viper 100% yes. She is the big hoss that they need, like a female Bam Bam Bigelow. She has this "Megaton Barbie" thing going, I think that could really get over and I enjoyed her matches alot.
Toni Storm Bags of personality and a good worker, She reminds me of Becky Lynch a little. Her as a top face in NXT would be perfect.
Mercedes Martinez A vet like her could be really useful, although she maybe a bit close to Baszler in terms of tough bitch character. I think Baszler needs to be focused on in that role, so not 100% on this. But I do enjoy her
Candice LeRae Since Gargano is already there it is a must, shes the perfect cutesey babyface underdog, I could see Candice & Johnny vs Andrade & Vega soon
Shayna Baszler Top heel vibes 100%. She is your female Brock.
Jazzy Gabert She is the Braun to Baszlers Brock. Awesome look. Over. She just fits what they need
I wouldnt be against Serena, Mia Yim and Santana Garrett either:
So in the above you a 2nd gen name in Blanchard, a larger female hoss in Viper, the cool bad ass in Storm, a vet in Mercedes, cutesey babyface in LaRae, then your Brock & Braun combo of Jazzy & Shayna.
Along with Kairi Sane, Ember Moon, Bianca Belair, Nikki Cross and Ruby Riot, you have a divison with the depth its been crying out for and tons of potential for the main roster when they need to shake things up.

One also gets the feeling that she wants to work Japan a whole lot more before she settles into somewhere like WWE.

If it's gotten her that good at 21, sky's the limit.

(Though he left on apparently good terms, so I am sure his gamble has been paying off for him)
