Speaking of alcohol, maybe the food at the three-hoof restaurants in Manehattan would have tasted better if Rarara and Ponka had a corresponding wine pairing with their courses.

Okay, I bring this up one more time before dropping it forever. While I will watch the movie on my return in the cinema in German, I will watch it in this cinema (site in German, posting the link mainly for the photos): www.kaisersaal-lichtspiele.de/Kino.htmThis is the cinema of my hometown. It has been there since 1936, has one screen fitting 194 persons and is also the venue where little MD watched his first movies before going to the big ones in Darmstadt and Frankfurt with multiple screens. I am certain that MLP will be played as a family movie there and that will probably be a few weeks after release. I much rather prefer watching the first screening there than watching the second-week run-through at a cinema in Frankfurt. And that is the final point in that matter. |
