Two books I'd forgotten about, but good to see they are fondly re-readable.
I do recall Snowman of Pasadena, that was very much a "once read, never forgotten"!

The Headless Ghost was a really good book. I think it was the build for Hill House, all the creepy shit that happened there built the place up well. Reminded me a bit how the stadium in The Travelling Vampire Show was built up as a place where just bad shit tends to happen.
Plus a kid's teeth, tongue and heart or whatever it was appearing on the dumbwaiter is pretty dark for a Goosebumps Book.
How long until The Haunted School? I remember that been a pretty dark and creepy book too.

The Headless Ghost is quite a good one, rather tense in places iirc.
The rest are, I'm afraid, part of the weakest run of books in the series, imo.

This one gave me nightmares for a long time when I was a kid.

I think Egg Monsters was the first Goosebumps I read.

Beast from the East is one I enjoyed a lot as a kid. But then I've always been a fan of the whole "evil version of normal games" type theme.
It's one I enjoyed. I liked the beasts and I liked the twist ending.

I had no idea people apparently hated "Beast from the East". I liked it a lot. had a fun, unique premise and the beasts looked cool. I mean, even if you don't like it there's no way it's worse than "Chicken Chicken" or the "Monster Blood" sequels.
