Maybe that's the plan you should have had before Batman V Superman came out. Not "Hey, Man of Steel was alright let's plan literally 10 other films immediately because that's what Marvel did, right?"

Lauren Cohan perform as The Joker I will be a happy fan. Yeah, they'll conveniently not do this part. What? Why wouldn't they? If they just ignore it completely then it would be pretty disappointing.

We have that already, it's called Margot Robbie." Other Executive: "You're right, cut it." Geoff Johns: "I can't stand to fly, I'm not that naive..."

Other Executive: "You're right, cut it." By that statement I could understand. But it's literally a female version of The Joker and it would definitely be something different. Surely the executives aren't thinking that female Joker and Harley Quinn are the same? Guess I am giving them too much credit.

Basically in other words they're idiots. Got it. So glad they didn't get their way with the No Man's Land scene.

They really need to slow the hell down Much like Universals Dark Universe, WB-DC have decided they want a universe without having a clear plan for how they want to build it. They've made four so far, with JL about to drop, already shot their Death of Superman wad, have another 10-15 movies in various stages of planning/production, with some being connected, others not, with a massive shake-up coming sooner rather than later... it really feels like they're just throwing shit against the wall and seeing what sticks.

Not to side track, but the dark universe should be horror movies... not action. I get Universal wants to make it pg-13 to bring in that money. However, it makes much more sense to me to take these characters and give them to up and coming horror directors with half the budget that The Mummy 2017 had.

That may end up happening, as The Mummy's abject failure has killed the Dark Universe stone dead. All the planned movies have been put on indefinite hiatus, and it has been suggested they'll go the (relatively) low budget horror route instead with little or no crossover.
