Funfact: two cast members of Goldeneye who were playable in multiplayer mode later became X-Men.
No prizes, but see if you can guess who.
Kind of bummed that Joe Don Baker’s character did not get an in game character... could of played as Mitchell . 😏

Funfact: two cast members of Goldeneye who were playable in multiplayer mode later became X-Men. No prizes, but see if you can guess who. They were also villains in Goldeneye and heroes in X-Men: Famke Janssen (Xenia Onatopp/Jean Grey) and Alan Cumming (Boris Grishenko/Nightcrawler).

Despite the fact that I spent many, many hours playing the game I think of the movie first. Big Bond fan, so I always think of the movie first

The game here. A game that has aged pretty poorly at that. Does anyone regard Brosnan's Bond all that highly? Not a Bond aficionado by any means, but my limited knowledge of Bond fandom sees them regard Bosnan's time as Bond's descent into relatively generic 90s/00s action flick. That said, I'm sure it's a fandom that split into more camps than a wrestling community. I think people were more than psyched when Bond was revitalized with a new actor, a great first outing and the game was just an added bonus. Honestly, you could say the same about Daniel Craig. People were super pumped up after Casino Royale, and all the sequels failed to live up to that standard, even Skyfall in my opinion. The difference for me I guess was that I think GoldenEye has aged far far better than Casino Royale.
