The full beard was a great addition. It just fits him with the whole older, bald, forehead wrinkles look.

We can all be grateful his weird haircut was immortalized in action figure form Ugh. I remember that head first showed up around early 2014 in a 2 pack with Curtis Axel, based on their barn-burned of a "fued" from summer 2013. That pack was still sitting on the pegs of a Kmart around here this past summer.

I still say they missed a trick by not having a HHH/Shane heir vs heir match. Right, for a guy who supposed to be a prodigy about the wrestling business, you'd think that he'd lose it in a match. In fact the last match he had before cutting it was a loss to Lesnar. Really shortsighted decision considering they built him up for a big comeback rematch too.

He looks good, I think. It helps that he started cutting it lower. That first pic just looks goofy. It still looks like it's in a ponytail lol.

The first haircut was atrocious, but once he cut it shorter it looked fantastic, and now I'm really baffled when I see Triple H with long hair.

All of his short-haired Mattel figures for the first few YEARS had that initial haircut he was sporting while being filmed outside somewhere. It's kinda funny.

The current totally bald/big beard look is legitimately my favorite look of his, ever.
He looks like more of a badass now than he ever did during his active career.

The first short cut looked like he took pencil crayons and drew his hair on, much like it now looks like Steven Segal took a black sharpie and has drawn his hair on.

Short hair HHH kinda fits the whole "evil corporate overlord" thing.

I always dug his 2003 roided up version of Hunter Hearst Helmsley 1995-1996. Clean shaven and long hair. It's his best smug look.

He never had a match with that first style right? Last match I remember him with hair was Lesnar at Summerslam I think.
