Eh, are we all gonna discuss how Mega Man 11 looks like how they promised us Mighty No. 9 would look? I'm skeptical of MM11 until we have conclusive proof of combo on combo action or at the very least the ability to make the robot masters cry like an anime fan on prom night. Or brick your Switch system

So just making sure...Legacy Collection 2, which version of Mega Man 8 do they use?
*Really hopes for the one with the bonus Cut Man and Wood Man fights.

I was meh on this announcement until I saw the gameplay. Glad it's not just redoing the nes versions and actually putting effort into it. Looks promising. Can I PLEASE get Legends 3 one day though?! Oh and I'm getting the X collection on Switch?! Score!

I'm pretty interested. It looks like they're trying some new things with the gameplay instead of just being a nostalgia trip like MM9 and 10 were. I also like that at least one of the new special weapons changes some things about Mega Man's appearance beyond just a palette swap. I'm surprised that none of the other games attempted that. Megaman 6 did with the Rush attachments but that's about it. It was a concept they've had since MM1 was in the works but the 8-bit tech made it unfeasible at the time. It was PS1, so no bonus bosses or improved graphical effects that Saturn had.

Yeah but outside of the Rush stuff in six they hadn't implemented it... not even in the SNES or Playstion releases. To my knowledge anyway

Nice, but it's missing this guy: Well of course he's not on it. I counted, there's 11 variations on the cover. One for each of the games' US Box Cover.

Between this and Resident Evil, Capcom seem to be putting genuine effort in recently. That said, going to wait for reviews before I pick this up, but the visual style they've shown here - if accurate - looks very good.
