Speaking of the NEX GEN title, we never saw that title unified with the X-title. It was the title so useless, they didn't even bother crowning a new champion for the merger. They actually ran a tournament on Impact for the tag titles since the Bollywood Boys went to WWE, but they couldn't even get Cody Rhodes to do one more appearance for that loose thread.

- Nex*Gen is easily the dumbest name for a title I have ever heard - and yes, that includes "Ironman Heavymetalweight." A worse name than a comedy hardcore title held by a cat, multiple referees, a table and a ladder. Don’t forget a Reddit board, an Internet personality who got it out of the trash, the title itself and a chef. Not a wrestling chef, an actual chef. |

The New Zealand channel that actually would have aired them was a pretty big channel there. Although they never aired GFW I made a thread on here about how they went with a more high brow show, “I Can’t Stop Farting” Not really as Duke is pretty much a 3rd rate NZ Spike TV knock off which TVNZ uses to pawn off shows that no one cares about anymore. It would of suffered the same fate as TNA when it was aired in New Zealand. |
