Not going to be as easy anymore since they moved operations to Toronto. If convicted, he could very well be banned from working in Canada, let alone visit. Impact may not want to deal with the headaches to bring the one guy in (it would require a good immigrant lawyer at least). Weren't the enxt round of tapings announced back in Orlando? Yes they are in Orlando for this next round and then March tapings they are back to Canada |

A lot of people aren't just pure evil or pure good, mistakes happen, bad choices can happen. It's not necessarily about what he's done, but how he responds to what he's done.

According to the police report, his wife stated it's not the first time his temper has flared up and if her first instinct was to get away from him out of fear of physical violence it's hard not to wonder if this was an isolated incident or not. The ideal scenario is for justice to properly be served after a full investigation. If that ultimately results in Swann losing his job, so be it. |

"Bad Mistake" is not what I would describe this situation when his wife has said his temper has gotten the best of him before and according to the 2 eyewitnesses he dragged her back into the car twice Ideal scenario is if Rich did this than he gets the help he needs before he hurts her or anyone else out of anger and if this is complete BS than he gets his reputation back |

I’d say that it’s a fair assumption to think this was not an isolated incident even without her statement considering she jumped out of a moving car to get away from him. People just don’t react that way in a one off argument. |

You cannot accept poor decision making based on what yours peers/parents have done. He has had access to an education and culture where that is clearly not acceptable, yet acted that way regardless. Yes, he can respond and become a better person and I hope he does. But that does not absolve this act and will take a long time to show he's grown. |

And with TNA taping stuff at indies to edit in as well, he wouldn't have to go to Canada. |
