Yo could you imagine the legendary status Drew would get if he pulled a "Nick Gage Bank Robbery" promo like he did in CZW?? I am unfamiliar with this promo. Any clarification would be appreciated.

Maybe now we're jumping to conclusions. So he screwed up. Apparently based on this, his wife forgives him, so there must be something missing here. Regardless if she lets cooler heads prevail there are two witnesses testifying to the same story...He will be convicted regardless of her dropping charges or not Perhaps but shouldn't we wait to see if this is all actually confirmed before we start the F Swann thing?

It takes a special kind of stupid to potentially throw away a dream job over an argument with your spouse about a wrestling match. Potentially? Unless she drops the charges (which absolutely NOBODY except Swann would want her to do), he's getting fired as soon as he's convicted. I was being overly cautious with my wording. I think his WWE career is screwed and he only has himself to blame for it.

People are saying f** Rich Swann if it's true because that whole situation looks horribly bad whether it was in a fit of rage or not Whether his wife has forgiven him or not, if he did this he's going a big problem on his hand

Two independent witness statements. If even an ounce of this is true, then he deserves all the negativity and more.

Understand your standpoint but he, himself, gave a ridiculous reasoning regarding it all and dropped his miranda...It probably was not nearly as physically bad as it seems but it was abuse and him exiting the vehicle multiple times as well to grab her could have legit injured other innocent people

Also let's put this into perspective.
I won't say Swan was right in this situation, I will say this might just be a one off mistake and not necariallly a pattern of abuse.
A: Your wife wants to leave the car in a place you are unfamiliar with. For all you know the place could be a very bad neighborhood. My guess is most people would be against the idea.
B: your wife leaves a moving car in the middle of traffic, most people would be trying to get her to come back in.
This is not to say Swan is right, he definitely made the wrong choices here, but to say he's this over all abuser might be unfair.

If what is being reported is what happened then he is an idiot and hopefully he gets punished and fired. Maybe things got heated and it’s a one off incident but that’s still no excuse.

Going to back off from this thread because situations like this get me way too heated.
Just find the willingness to justify or play down his actions disturbing.

And if people are wrong that's easy to admit There's zero tolerance for domestic abuse but nobody is calling for his job just because This is some serious shit

Since he won't be competing any more, Rich Swann's 2017 TV/PPV W/L Record will end at 34-10-0, which was the #1 W/L Record in WWE. Akira Tozawa & Cedric Alexander both have 33 wins, so they can move ahead of him in the standings. Also, Swann had the longest winning streak of 2017, with 16 straight wins. His last loss was to Ariya Daivari on 205 Live on August 15.

But when trying to get your wife to return to the car, headlocking her and dragging her back to the car shouldn’t be an option.

He def deserves what ever comes from this investigation if he's committed any crimes.. I'm talking about in terms of judging his character...

The fact that she was beating on the window screaming for help after the first time and then she told the police that she was scared of him “because he has a temper sometimes” is a huge red flag for me. Obviously none of us know how their relationship was/is, but I’ve been around the block enough to understand these things. If I had to guess Rich has at the very least threatened violence on her before if not outright assaulted her.
There are two independent witnesses, her statements, and common sense. I like Rich, so hopefully he can get whatever help that he needs, but he’s definitely at fault here.

If he has that in him to think any of what he alledgedly did is an option there's a serious problem with his character....I will absolutely judge him for it one off or not.
