Bleh, I understand why #1 was chosen but I don't agree.
Otherwise, nothing too egregious that I could see. Glad that Dunne/Bate at Takeover made it into the top 3, honestly. I knew next to nothing about either guy going into that and that match drew me in big time.

Four of the top ten and six overall in a list of 25 for AJ Styles. Simply phenomenal.

I really like the top 9. Those and the rest of the list shows there were quite a few good matches during the year.

Bit surprised that Bate/Dunne was #1 above Styles/Cena in the Halfway List, but Styles/Cena is now #1 here. It's definitely those three matches in the top 3, but it should be Bate/Dunne, then Styles/Cena, then the SummerSlam Four Way.

I'm kind of disappointed none of Johnny Gargano's recent big 3 singles matches (Almas, Dunne, Ohno) made it.
I get why, but still.

Not a flawless list but it's nice for some matches that I felt like didn't get enough love on here.

I honestly think (without hyperbole) match #8 is my favourite WWE match since HBK vs Undertaker 2009. There wasn't one thing wrong with this match. All three teams were channelling Dudleyz, E&C and Hardyz.

Where is The New Day v Usos at Hell In A Cell? For real, I thought that match was better than their Summerslam one and probably the best Cell match in years.

That Cena / Styles match did absolutely nothing for me. It was nothing but, "Big spot, pin, kickout, big spot, pin, kickout," the entire time. Just a completely aimless mess.
Also why isn't the Usos / New Day Hell in a Cell on there?

They didn't leave the ring once. Okay? Still didn't do a thing for me. Nor did their SummerSlam match, or most of Cena's other mindless spotfests over the past couple years. Did like the Money in the Bank match and triple threat with Ambrose, though.
