Well most of it. I miss the first hour.
I normally watch highlights on Instagram or if there’s a specific match or segment that you guys here are talking about, I’ll watch that one on YouTube.
But last night I turned the TV on and I see Finn Balor doing his dntrance, so I started watching from that point on.
My thoughts on my first raw in around 2 years.
Why is Finn doing squash matches? Seriously? This guy is what? Having to reestablish himself again?
Akira Tozawa is being wasted. Dude was amazing in Dragon Gate. Such an amazing cool-heel.
I actually liked Roman and Joe. Roman acting like a heel didn’t bother me too much. I’m looking forward to an all out No-DQ war with these two.
I love Bo and Curtis. Their reactions to Braun was amazing. These two were perfect to build up a Monster. I’d love to see Round two where they convince them selves that with a better game plan and preparation, they could win.
Loved the Alexa and Asuka segment. It did everything it was meant to. Road to Wrestlemania between these two is going to be fun. Alexa’s facial expressions are the best in the business. Asuka is straight up scary. This will be fun.
Jason Jordan is on some ‘Die Rocky, Die’ business. Hopefully his character can turn this into something special. They have all the tools to help him get there, he just needs to push some boundaries.
I like Cesaro and Sheamus as a Tag team. They have some cool double teams and have a cool look.
All in all, it wasn’t as bad as I was expecting. I was expecting all doom and gloom, but I would definitely watch Raw again. I may even try to watch Smackdown tonight to see what it’s like.
