With Disney's constant buying spree, what do you predict they'll get next? I can see them aquiring Sesame Workshop (so we can finally have muppets/sesame street cross-promotion), which also gives them the rights to The Electric Company, 321 contact, Square One, Ghostwriter, Dragon Tales, Sagwa, and Big Bag, among others. They can then put all those shows (save for Contact, who's scientific info may be out of date) onto their streaming service and maybe Disney Junior.

I still think Disney will take a shot at WWE one day, after Vince's passing. For those who say they aren't getting anything, they would be buying a huge merchandising machine with action figures, T-shirts, live ticket sales, and possibly ppv's, depending on if they keep the Network or not. And for those who say they are buying a business with a lot of skeletons, what about the corporations who bought Vegas casinos from the freaking Mafia? As long as they keep the seedy past in the past and move on from the misdeeds of the previous owners, anything can be transformed and improved.
If not, they are about the only people who could start their own rival promotion to challenge the current monopoly.

Would anyone be at all surprised anymore if they somehow managed to buy out DC/WB at some point in the next decade?

A sports franchise. Surprised they haven't already gone after ownership of a sports team of some sort yet.

Honestly, what more can Disney buy before antitrust investigations begin? There's still no guarantee the Fox deal gets ratified. The movie critics for the next Star Wars movies. Uh... the critics loved all three of Disney's Star Wars movies so far. Why buy people who already like what you do?

Sesame Street is a very probable option. They've tried before, but now that Sesame Street is doing worse financially and had to do deals with HBO?
It'd show more than a small amount of contempt for Henson's wishes, as well as for public broadcasting, but still wouldn't put it past them.

With the Fox merger they are getting Blue Sky animation (Ice Age etc) But if Comcast/Unisersal ever has trouble, I can see them going after DreamWorks Animation or Illumnation Animation (Despicable Me etc.) I’m also thinking some day they might want Looney Tunes, Hanna Barbera or DC Comies under their corporate umbrella. It sounds far fetched but who thought we would ever get this point now. Seuss books and characters seems like something Disney would love to get their hands on. Peanuts too, and the rest of your childhood. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/DHX_Media

Does Disney buying Fox mean they own The Simpsons now?
Or are the rights held by someone else? If not I'm certain The Mouse will have its beady eyes on acquiring The Simpsons franchise.
