Taker.
Also, I hope somehow Reigns opponent winds up being Shane just to see how they book that.

I'd say a dark horse candidate is Braun. I know they've already set something up with him and HHH but I could see them deciding to have Cena give the rub instead, even if it isn't likely.

Doubt Vince has deep enough pockets for this but Cena/Mayweather vs Miz/McGregor. An even further shot would be Jericho's trip to the East being a mission for him to sound out the chances of a loan of one of their stars for a one night only dream match.
Both unlikely but am at a loss, I would like to see the taker match for the build and the big time feeling but I think takers actions after losing to Reigns were pretty final, he was putting a lid on it. Taker can't really go anymore and maybe Cena's match carrying days are behind him too. Cena at mania has to be a 10 minute plus match so there goes Goldberg, Angle, Hogan, Austin.
I personally would like Lesnar to lose the title before WM (he is damaging the universal title by it never being on TV as it has such a short and unfortunate history, Reigns can get coronation #456 or so against Joe or Braun or Balor) have a Cena/Lesnar retirement match. It would be fitting as their careers started at the same time and have intertwined so much over the years giving a bit of respect/hatred towards the build. As both men seem to be on the way out there's uncertainly to the result. Cena wins (LOL) as he as at least 3 manias left while I think Brock is done after this one.

Kane is going to go after Cena to try to get him to embrace the hate (of big government) and join him as his running mate.

I'd be down for this match but I have a feeling Goldberg might be coming back for a quick 'Mania payday instead since its hard to guess who wins between the two of these franchise players of WWE or WCW.

In a case of WWE vs WCW, even if that isn't meant to be the focus, it will always be WWE going over. History has shown us this time and time again.

True but they've had Goldberg go over Lesnar several times when it was a 'WCW vs WWE' subtext inserted in the fued. And Cena has been losing a step kayfabe, while Goldberg had to work back to his beast mode status going by that WWE Network special. For both guys being sorta part timers with iffy cirrent credibility compared to their past glory days it might be an enticing match for the card.
But Cena should def win I'd say.

If it's bigger than a championship match, that can only mean 1 thing in Vince's mind, Shane McMahon Oh jeez, he'll face Shane as a substitute for Bryan won't he? Hey now, I like Shane McMahon's appearances at Wrestlemania... ...when he appeared as an anonymous backstage stooge to break up post match fights

I wouldn't mind seeing Undertaker in the ring one last time to wrestle John Cena. I feel like it would be a better send off than what he got last year. Not that Roman is that terrible, but as Undertaker's last match?

Well...on the Corey Graves interview with Roman, Graves referenced Roman's WM match as "potentially" retiring Undertaker. So considering WWE hasn't put over Roman vs Taker as an official retirement, it is very plausible that Taker will have one more match.
