I wonder if anyone knows or if we can find out what Tugboat/Typhoon wore during that second match. Was he still dressed as Tugboat, or did he quickly change into some newly made Typhoon gear?

He wore the normal Typhoon singlet (though it didn't say Typhoon on it yet) and the white Tugboat boots rather than the red ones he wore later.

Not a match, but at Wrestlemania III, Brutus Beefcake broke up with Greg Valentine and Johnny V in his match and then returned later in the night as a face to help Piper beat Adrian Adonis and cut his hair, thus becoming the Barber.
