Shinsuke Nakamura, sad to say. Looking like a fool against Jinder makes his entrance and antics come across as lame rather than electrifying. And it is overdone. His English is still not good enough to communicate his coolness. I could not imagine anyone who was introduced to him only through the WWE becoming much of a fan.

He never developed a gimmick or character. His whole gimmick was that he was really jacked but could do flips too. So the attraction was that he could break out a 450 but could also do a triple powerbomb I mean his finisher for awhile on the indies was a gorilla press, then a standing moonsault, and then a standing shooting star press.

Yes and No. Like, not much changed, but the indies are different in that a guy like Crews stands out in a big way there. Huge muscles, high agility, so it's not like he needed to do promos or anything.

WWE, the same stuff doesn't really work when you have Cesaro, Rusev, Big E, and other men with power and speed, all three of which also have more charisma than he's developed yet. I'd say they called him up from NXT too early, but truth be told, I don't really know if it'd have made the difference. He would probably benefit from being in a dedicated tag team with someone, since like half his moveset seem like hot tag moves.

Jason Jordan, they had something with him and Elias in my opinion but they're now pushing him down our throats. In my opinion the feud against Elias was organic and they had chemistry.

Bailey let's face it, Alexa Bliss destroyed her during their program together both in promos and matches. There was also that hideous this is your life segment.

The WWE comic did a story where Becky is a pun-spouting crimefighter of sorts who beats up thugs. That should be her wrestler gimmick.

The gorilla press standing moonsault was his original finisher in the WWE as well.

Then he started doing a powerbomb I think.

he's kind've a victim of the for a long time "being good in the ring" was all the gimmick you really needed in the WWE... but since the talent level is so high right that being good in the ring doesn't stand out nearly as much.

Becky is exactly what the Kalistos and Bayleys of the world should be. She's a good person and with some unique quirks, but would fight as hard and dirty as need be when a threat arises without compromising her integrity. Just compare their feuds with Alexa Bliss, for example.

They need to look at Steamboat tapes. Squeaky Clean, Nice guy......then you try to cross him.

I think they can but WWE doesn't believe they can. Think of a team like the Steiners. They would TOTALLY get over today. One guy is a little goofy, the other is stoic. They don't tell jokes in promos. They tag hands when they come to the ring. Once they're in the ring, they whoop all kinds of ass. That would get over in front of any crowd in any era. But since the Rock WWE seems to think all their babyfaces need to be comedians too.
