There was that wierd Fourth Kind movie that had the gimmick of featuring “real” footage mixed in with the movie. Was just going to post that. It really wasn't based on a reported story, so the "additional footage" is BS, but once you get past that I found it to be pretty good. "Alien Abduction: Incident in Lake County" (aka. "Alien Abduction: The McPherson Tape") was a bigger budget remake of a found footage film made by the same guy. Both are supposed to be impressive. There was also a segment of "V/H/S/2" with the same style of alien abduction story.
