Now Oregon has fallen and everyone but my state, NJ, are forced to pump your own gas like jerks. Sick jerks. And I will march on the capital if they ever put this up for a vote

I knew this was going to be about the gas, lol.
The Facebook reactions to Oregon residents overreacting are classic.

"Full service" has been a lie for a long ass time.
full service is meant to mean more than just pumping gas.
There are a few places in New York that still do it but it's also more expensive than the self serve options.

We've got places in PA that still pump your gas for you. One is literally over the bridge from Lambertville.
They are generally cheaper options too, but not as cheap as Jersey gas

Co-Op Gas Bars still ask if you want oil and fluids checked, and wash windows, mirrors and headlights here automatically. For the same price as a self serv station. Co-op's are the shit, I try to always go there.

Why would you not want to? Why'm I gonna waste time sitting there waiting for Johnson Navin R. to put gas in my truck when I can be done in minutes?

It's always funny when an Oregonian wanders into Washington and try to pump gas.

I don't want someone pumping my gas. It is weird.

I was incredibly confused when I first read about this. I didn't think this still happened ANYWHERE. There was one place in the town I grew up that still did it when I was about five, but we stopped going there after the guy pumping the fuel lost three petrol caps in a row. (Which now that I'm thinking about it, probably wasn't an accident, but what was the dude doing, starting a petrol cap collection? The station closed pretty soon after. I guess because otherwise there would have been no petrol caps in town, except in this guy's basement.)

I.... Didn't even realize other states still had attendants filling gas anymore. Legit caught me off guard when I saw it on Facebook. Shows how much I travel out of the Missouri, Illinois, and Indiana area.
