Alberto looks like he needs medical attention.

That ref looks like he should be serving some fancy meals at an expensive restaurant.

Now filmed in early 60s exploitation movie pink-vision! Maybe Torgo and the Master will do a run in.

I went to this building about ten years ago for a Jersey All Pro show. It had the same crappy lighting but at least the bleachers were full back then.

It's Ohio, who loses to everything.

I haven't really been following this, but how are LAX the faces in this? Last I remember they were the heels, or at least seemed to be based on crowd reaction

Literally. Okay, I'll try to explain this seriously: Callihan went for some cheap heat in Canada, and a tag team of two lumberjacks showed up. I think that might have been OVE's heel turn.

Tonight on Impact, James Storm puts his career on the line against Dan Lambert. Impact Grand Champion Ethan Carter III defends against Fallah Bahh & Matt Sydal. Impact Heavyweight Champion Eli Drake defended against Alberto El Patron in Rahway, New Jersey. Also, LAX puts their careers on the line to get another shot at Impact Tag Team Champions OvE. All this and more! wrestlingrecaps.com/2018/01/04/impact-1-4-2018/

Wasn’t surprised OVE lost. The Impact tag division sucks with teeth.

I am so confused (not your fault) Then the week before Best of Impact 2017 Part 1, Callihan and Konnan had a meeting on the streets, which ended with a fireball in Konnan's face. It was like a bad attempt at being Lucha Underground. Yeah, the whole thing's confusing.

Highlight for me (as far as comedy):
When Impact returns to Orlando for its next TV tapings, they will also have the Impact Mini Golf Championship. Oh dear god, I hope for comedy sakes that this company (that is so poor they need bumper stickers to say the belts are Impact instead of GFW) creates an actual new belt for the winner of this Impact Mini Golf event. Just freaking imagine that. And oh yes, this belt must be defended within 30 days.

A lot of bad things on this episode. This sister promotion thing is bad in itself but to have your main title wrestled in a different promotion in a taped match with horrible lightning is the worst. It really makes the belt look bogus and they somehow made it worst by it not being the main event. What is TNA obsession with LAX and OVE? Does anyone care about these groups let alone the tag team division.
For all James Storm has done in TNA really nice to immediately cut away from him in the ring after he lost his last match just as the crowd was starting a chant for him. Also that match sucked blue whale but what else would you expect from TNA.
At least the X Division match was alright. Would have been a better main event than what we got but let's hope they don't screw this up.

Haven’t been a fan of this current creative team I’m very skeptical that just adding Don Callis to it will somehow make impact decent but I’d love to be wrong.
