I like a simple 2/3-Falls match, especially if the "Title can't change hands on a DQ"-rule is in full force, and the face wins a fall by DQ, making the heel survive champion by the skin of his teeth.
2/3-Falls with different stipulations is also always fun.

I like TLC and hardcore a lot. HIAC when it's a "true" HIAC match is awesome. I have a nostalgic spot for Buried Alive.

I don’t think I ever heard of one in WWE, but when I was younger, nothing would get me going more than hearing that “Midsouth Wrestling” was coming to Barton coliseum and settling some feud in a “Coalminers Glove Match”.

TLC, Street Fights, and Elimination Chamber/Elimination rules matches. I'm also a sucker for ridiculous stip matches (wash your mouth out with soap match) Heenan used to do Weasel Suit matches that were great. I so wanted to see that revived with Heyman in a Walrus suit match. That might be the only thing that could ignite my interest in Reigns vs Lesnar at Mania |

My top ones:
1)Royal Rumble
2)Survivor Series
3)Elimination Chamber
4)Four Corners Elimination (if I booked WWE, every 3 and 4 way match would be elimination and not one fall to a finish)
So the common thread is, my favorite matches involve competitors being eliminated (I'd add King of the Ring on here if it counted as a gimmick match). I guess for me it adds drama to see what order people will be eliminated in. Having someone outlast other wrestlers, or eliminating a certain opponent, or eliminating X number of wrestlers, is a way to put them over even if they don't win. If you ask me, matches involving elimination are underrated, because if done right it can make things much more interesting.
