This could be great, especially if loyal to the source material. Red Son was a heckuva story at the time, and still holds up. In current times........a curious choice, and that almost makes it even more watchable. Batman and Harley was fine enough, but being hyped as "a B:TAS anniversary film" was absolutely foolish. The movie featured a scene where Harley is farting in the Batmobile and it's being played BY THE GODDAMN KEVIN CONROY BATMAN as a comical scene - funny in another kind of Batman movie, but no one associated with B:TAS should've ever had their name or talent attached to that. Yeah really...even on the JL Action series, which leans towards being for kids while being somewhat sophisticated, Conroy is treated better. /BTW, JLA is very good for what it is, check it out. JL Action is great and fun and wonderful, written for kids but with adults in mind and succeeding in entertaining both. B&HQ had moments of true juvenile crap - not B:TAS in the slightest - adults lol'ing it up like kids with immature humor.

OK we gotta get this condensed somehow once and for all...besides TKJ prologue, what other ways has Timm been scummy?

Jesus this is some vitriol against Timm. Yeah, people are acting like he’s a David Cage level creep with the same level of talent. Is that recent stuff problematic as hell? Sure is, but let’s not lump him in with more shadier industry characters without the evidence to back it up.

I honestly can't think of anything except the TKJ prologue. Maybe that book of pinup-style art he did once. Some of that is maybe a bit much, but I think he's been buried a tad excessively lately.

Mystery of the Batwoman was in 2003. He's been polluting Batman animation with his creepy father figure and daughter fantasies for at least 15 years.

This is the first stream of true bile I've seen against him. Yes TKJ thing was rightfully raked over the coals, but I didn't see a change of opinion of Timm's legacy.

Now I will admit the whole Bruce/Barbara thing rubbed me the wrong way when I was younger. But I rather not see it as a father/daughter thing as there's only a 10-15 year difference in age, and Barbara is in her 20s. Plus all the way from Batgirl's second appearance (BTAS episode 'Batgirl Returns') she had a crush on both Batman and Robin.
Now Timm's recent offerings have been severely mediocre (The Killing Joke) is more reason why I'm not really looking forward to any more of his work.
