(minds out of the gutter people)
Granted I don't watch 205 Live so may be totally wrong
Comes from out of nowhere.......
joins a division he isn't apart of.........
just to back him up........
But he is exception as far as cruisers having matches with heavys for the most part
Obvious turn at Royal Rumble is obvious?

I just want Goldust to go away. His heel turn on Truth lead to nothing then he was back to the same lame face character, his heel turn on Balor lead to nothing then he was back to the same lame face character..
Just go away.

Goldust in 2018 is not lame at all. He's way better today than when he was doing the homophobic crap in 1996.

When he came out on RAW after Cedric was introduced I said to myself for the first time "ohhh noo" I'm a mark for Goldust but I'm sick of him.

Jesus people are sick of Goldy now?
I can understand he's an older hand and everything but the dude can still cut a better promo and has better presence than most, not to mention he can still carry himself well in the ring.
I don't agree with this 205 Live direction he seems to be on but I don't want him to go away by any means, I think he's sorely needed, but is severely lacking direction.

I agree, so I retract my earlier comment. It’s not so much I want him to go away it’s that I want him to at least have a purpose. This flip-flopping between heel and face is irritating, and the goony, stuttery Goldust is tired, especially when we had the prospect of heel Goldust just a few months ago.

Him trying to do cruiserweight stuff and getting winded, or being scared to go to the top rope, was quality comedy stuff on 205 Live.

The comedy face Goldust has run it's course. His heel work could of been really interesting if they gave a few upset victorys over faces like Ambrose,Balor etc. At this point him just appearing in the audience wearing his old school wig and robe would be more entertaining than what he's doing now.

I think one more brief run with the IC belt, or even a fluky interference-laden thank-you world title win, would be great. The only other thing I'd like to see with him is for him to mentor/feud with a protege like Velveteen Dream or something.

He'll turn and get cheered against Cedric because no one gives a shit about Cedric (coming from someone who's a big fan of his in ring work)

Now I'm picturing Goldust in the Zo Train haha If there's one thing WWE seems to get right a lot of the time, it's the odd couple/comedy tag team. Goldust and Enzo would be hilarious together.

I'm not in any mood to see Goldust go away, but I'd rather WWE "shit or get off the pot" in regards to him. Either put him in a major program and commit to it, put him in a behind-the-scenes role, or cut him loose. He's too good to just be stagnant filler.
As for the Cedric program, I mean...wait and see I guess? If 205 was closer to its demise (like, "date of the final episode announced"), I'd think it was a program for Cedric when 205 fell off that could be carried to Raw. I mean, the idea of Goldust the cruiserweight is just asinine to me (without even bringing up age, Goldust has NEVER wrestled anything I'd consider a "cruiserweight" or heavily-influenced style), and I wouldn't say he has the star power to be a name that could get involved with 205 and bring in viewers.

I sure hope so if it means Enzo retains.

People aren't sick of Goldust, they're sick of the "writers" not being consistent or seeing anything they write for him to its conclusion.
Or Vince getting bored with it. Or Both.
People confuse the talent with the shit they're given.
Kane is the exception. Kane can just go away and rule a city.

I’m not sure he would need to. He just bodied the entire Zo Train in a handicap match. They just told us he’s better than anything on the show.
