Sucks that they edited out the original opening theme songs. What's odd is I noticed on the Bloopers show from 1987 that 20 minutes into it when they are showing Terry Funk, that song is played in the background. www.youtube.com/watch?v=U5E3b1E4_wEI don't understand their editing decisions...:

Are any of the action figure commercials still present? Supertape III has two hasbro commercials with Jesse in them. WWF Greatest Hits has two Hasbro commercials too. It looks like some will have them.

Just watched UK Rampage 93 had never seen it before the only bright spot is the announce team of newcomer Jim Ross and Bobby Heenan but what a terrible card: Doink vs Kamala Bobby Backlund vs Damien Demento Brooklyn Brawler vs Typhoon Perfect vs Samu HBK vs Crush interview with Yokozuna Duggan vs Luger- main event
Now I need to cleanse my palette with some Mega Matches.

It says a LOT that Perfect/Samu is probably the best match on that card, and even that sounds terrible.

(more notable for the camera cutting away for a significant amount of time though)

(more notable for the camera cutting away for a significant amount of time though) That match happened at a show Spain about a week later. I've heard the long shot of the crowd during that match on the "Global Warfare" Coliseum Video was because the live broadcast in Spain was on commercial, so that part of the match wasn't meant to be shown.

I can still see all the clips and images of that 85-86 Coliseum Video intro when I hear the song. And I know the scrolling text too.

Watching Super Tape 1 right now. So far of note a surprisingly good Ronnie Garvin vs Mr. Perfect match and a feature with the Bushwhackers where it is made clear that Vince thought New Zealand and Australia are the same place.

Now Lord Alfred is telling us the name of various moves and holds. Turns out punching a guy in the mid section is called a "mid section blow".

To continue Supertape- A segment where various fans are interviewed about their favorite wrestlers and then asked who would win between Hogan and Warrior. It's like 3:1 Hogan fans. Also the fans themselves are a mix of kids, who mostly liked Warrior, and adults, many of whom seemed drunk, who liked Hogan.

I love with the Garvin-Perfect match they said it was because a kid suggested that match. What sad child requests a Ron Garvin match

WWE was smart with that. For all the kids that did send in postcards they had a all new mailing list

Just like the cards they asked fans to send to the British Bulldogs when Matilda was dognapped or to Hogan after Earthquake attacked him.

Unfortunate line from Wrestlefest '90: After this match Mr.Perfect is going to develop a drug problem.
