I'm not familiar with his TNA work but I was a big Derrick Bateman fan. I figure he'll go to NXT first in a variation of his TNA gimmick. Can't wait for him to be back. EC3 was the only watchable thing during the last three years of TNA's existence. He also looked...bigger let's just leave it there.

Like I said earlier I assume he makes his debut and then disappears for a while to get off his cycle like they did with Eric Young Smaller EC3 huh? I barely remember when he looked like a human being. Even his debut in the TNA he was still swole but now he's f***ing Broly Get back down to base Goku levels and he'll be alright

He's a talented dude, and I'm not sure medical science has created a piss cup they can test him with that he won't melt, so he may be good to go.

Ok EC3 has the look and the promos to be a star and there's no sign of Bill Demott who sabotaged him. Now EC3 has no excuse to fail.

Ohh he has plenty of excuse as I don't expect him to be pushed to the top as it seems that's still Adam Cole domain However, he continues to make NXT interesting. You have Gargano and Ciampa, Cien Almas who's come into his won, Alastair Black who's due a run at some point, Adam Cole who will be leading the brand eventually and other pieces like Roderick Strong, Velveteen Dream, Eric Young and others

He was the star of tna during its worst years ever and with negative ratings. He also doesn't have the workrate of the upper nxt echelon, and nxt is still the workhorse show. No EC3 is either main roster or bust, kinda like Elias. EC3 could become a Vince pet project.

I think EC3 definitely has things he could work on improving, though he is certainly talented.
The biggest issue with him really is that he's heavily dependent on being booked well to actually be entertaining. The man can't elevate bad material at all, and given when you get down to it there's not much difference between him and Miz as characters it basically just makes EC3 a worse copy of him. He needs to try and iron out some more unique quirks and get better at injecting some quality into segments that could use it.

He has/had presence as EC3 so with his size and skill he can make it work and be a good body down there for a while He will be used and given screen time. Hell, i'd pair Spud with him again if they aren't going to use him for 205 Live

I would kinda like to see him reunite with Spud, I thought they were the best thing about the later years of TNA.

Good points He floundered as a face trying to be too cute with his material while also showcasing that he's not as well rounded as we thought. Him and Miz is def a great comparison to make with Miz being much better in finding ways to make horrible shit better while EC3 is a person who still needs to be hand held a bit(not that there's anything wrong with that) The talent is there to have a person who can be a star from both sides heel and face but he needs more seasoning and with him having the rise he did in TNA as well as the success, I think his new run in NXT will be much better because now you got guys like Regal who can sit down and talk to you about what can be better

I am not too worried about his look. He has always looked great physically. I am sure he could so with less of whatever he uses in TNA. The Wellness Policy isn't exactly fool proof.
