With all due respect to Hall, I understand he's had his problems, but anyone who's seen any picture of him in the past five years should think that him in the ring is a bad idea. Isn't the dude getting around on a cane now? Um, what? As far as I know, he’s been in good shape since his stay with DDP.

He's in good health compared to where he was a decade ago, but he still did irreparable damage to his body. He's had 2 major heart surgeries and I believe has a pacemaker.

Didn't Hall have a relapse lately? I hadn't been following but I thought he hadn't been with DDP for a while so absolutely no clue what kind of condition he's in. If you believe a story from Brutus Beefcake a month after he supposedly happened and NOBODY ELSE said anything about it, Sure. Isn't the dude getting around on a cane now? Not since his last hip replacement and deal with DDP Yoga. He been really the same guy we saw the last time on WWE TV.

I remember before a recent WM where they had Stone Cold, HBK and Foley come out to beat up League of Nations it was said they got a similar notice: to be in ring shape etc. But it was just a little bit part not really wrestling. I imagine Hall's stint would be similar

Maybe something where the Kliq runs in on a Club segment, hits moves, does the Too Sweet so the internet has a meltdown. Not much more than that. They want him in ring gear for the segment, not much else.

If it were me I would use the opportunity of the 25 years and having all these legends there to set up a major angle but these days they are not even trying. We're gonna have a bunch of old dudes for 30 seconds and that's it. All Hall is gonna do is say Hey yo.

Hall is in no condition to have a match, and neither are the majority of the legends they are bringing in. Some like MVP and Jericho (who doesn't entirely qualify since he's literally still listed on the main roster.) probably are but the majority of people from when Raw started sure as hell aren't.

For once, Kevin Nash sending the text makes sense. Scott: .."stick the winner??" Nash: "typo. Wiener. Stick the wiener. Caterings supposed to be bomb, bro."

He's winning the 25 man legends battle royal due to being the one man who can't safely take a bump over the top rope. The Sheik Rule!
I just want a legends battle royal, I like those.

He should be a surprise for the Rumble instead. I don’t know if he can do an over the top rope bump because of his heart, but he’s arguably the biggest WWE star to have never been in one during its lifetime. Maybe if he gets the Godfather treatment where he just gets in and then gets bowled over the rope again

It’s the only way he can get his security deposit back.

If it's possible for him to take a bump over the top, I'd love if they saved this for the Rumble, just for the pop alone.

They meant the text for Richard Gear. Steph scheduled a play date between him and Trips, but only using Gears wrestling toys because HHH is a douche like that

All joking aside, WWE is a professionally-ran company. I'm sure they tell everyone to be in shape and have their gear so that all possibilities are open when writing the show. Even if Hall could go and brought his stuff, if he failed wellness or whatever, his part would be rewritten accordingly anyway.
