They lose the tumbler so they have to pick the entry numbers out of a hat. The only hat they can find is Nikki Bella's ball cap, but since she was wearing it while having constant sex with John Cena in the dressing room before the show, it's all sweaty and causes the ink to run and makes some of the numbers difficult to read and nobody is quite sure exactly when they're supposed to enter the match. This all comes to a head when three different people try to enter the match at the same time at number 21 and the whole incident winds up being used by the New York Times to write a scathing expose exposing the business and causing every promotion worldwide to go out of business.
Then the long prophesized Caterpillar Apocalypse happens.
