There was a report from a hospital to the police a couple days after the time when we know Enzo was in town saying it happened at that time. So this isn't a new thing, she first contacted the police within days of what she's saying now and it lines up so far. Like another user said; if there's any way they can attain DNA from anything (hair, semem, etc.) & trace it back to him, he's in deep doo-doo. Does the company just terminate him then & there? If the hospital did a rape kit and swabbed, they can at least prove they had sex. From there the next step would be proving if it was consensual or not. We won’t be seeing Enzo on tv for awhile if not ever again. |

Well f*** Now the bigger question is why wasn't none of this heard about in October If I had to guess, backlog of cases. A lot of police departments across the country are also awful at handling rape investigations. WWE suspending Enzo pending anything is them covering their asses legally and for PR reasons. If nothing comes of the allegations, they reinstate him no harm, no foul while still appearing to take any sort of allegations at their talent seriously. If charges are filed, they fire him without a second thought. |

But, according to her, on an article on Fightful (https://www.fightful.com/enzo-amore-accused-rape), they "took pictures and everything," and she had bruises. Really, really, reaaalllly not looking good for Enzo. |

It's not likely Enzo or anyone else would have been informed that there was an investigation against him going on before charges were formally filed and, beyond that, at least based on the news that's come out over the course of the past year, it's not like Enzo is a guy with such widespread backstage support that the company would be likely to put its neck on the line for him. WWE hasn't been playing around with these sorts of things at all in the "PG Era". This is going to be an absolute PR nightmare for the company no matter what though. Without getting too controversial/political, this was about the worst possible time that an allegation like this could have surfaced against a WWE employee. |

But then nothing about this is funny, and you know you don't want it to be true because the alternative is horrible. Very ugly situation. It looks bad for Enzo. I’ll be watching to see what develops. I can’t rush to judgment until more information comes to light. I’m on the side of justice being done, however things turn out.
