So I guess he's gone until the HOF, probably next year?

I'm still not ruling out a Wrestlemania match. There was no pomp and circumstance to that at all, it was so fast that there didn't feel like there was any finality to it at all to me. They moved on from it so quickly too.

I liked the little touch of him not wearing the usual Taker gear like the hat, gloves and coat given how WM ended.
As for RAW, I get the feeling this will lead to someone dragging him out of his rest to face him at Mania and with Joe's injury making him a major question mark, Cena would make sense.

I honestly have no idea what that was. Or really what he was even trying to say, the promo felt like he forgot the words halfway through or something.
He did seem kind of torn up though, particularly by the, "One more time!" chant.

Wait until after The Rumble, that'll be the telling sign for that.

Was just weird. He was thrown off by the "one more match" chants for some reason. And I dunno wtf JR meant by implying it was a threat.

They moved on from it so quickly too. But don't you at least plant a seed for that tonight? They still have time though. Say Cena doesn't win the Royal Rumble and then makes a bucket list challenge to Undertaker to get him in the conversation, something they can actually hype as Undertaker's last match and stop dancing around it, then his match has a new edge because it doesn't really matter that the streak is dead, you at least watch hoping that he can win his last match and go out strong. I'm fine with him retiring, but I can't see them letting Undertaker go out like it appears he did tonight, even if Undertaker wanted it that way.

Here's an observation.
I figured when Undertaker mentioned the truly fallen, we'd transition to an "in memory of" segment where we saw all the people who were part of RAW that no longer live with us.
We didn't get that.
It was vague for the sake of vague.

Wait until after The Rumble, that'll be the telling sign for that. Wait until the RAW after Elimination Chamber. They are using Cena right now to add star power to the title hunt. Once that is over and possibly his feud with Elias, they will bring Taker back.

Taker left no clues. It sounded like half of a retirement speech but then no one clued us in. It was kind of a waste of time in that respect but I still enjoyed seeing the old death dealer.

We didn't get that. It was vague for the sake of vague. It was probably written word for word by 14 different writers, but in the style of the "Telephone" game. So by time it got to Taker is was a jumbled bag of "huh?"

He should have showed up, said,"Sleep with your sister, say what?", shook his head in disbelief and left.

Like was he telling all the old guys like Foley and Austin to stay retired? Um....thanks Take.

Sounded like a vague retirement speech. I wouldn't be shocked to see him enter the Rumble and eliminate Cena, though if that's where they're going.

Maybe that's what he actually meant at the end of the Roman match. We thought he was retiring, maybe he was just sick of that f***ing outfit.
