The original premise of the thread seems.......skewed? Almost forgotten characters/people will get no response. Obviously. Grandmaster Sexay was part of GIGANTIC pops in 2000. When he came back, he shoulda gotten something. He got less than nothing. It was bewildering. Granted, being part of that dreadful Cole/Lawler feud helped a lot. But still.......something. So I'd imagine more significant wrestlers need to be mentioned here. Like.... Haku and Barbarian. I'd like to think Haku (who is essentially wrestling's Chuck Norris meme) would get a big pop if he ever came back, but I'm not so sure anymore. Same for Barbarian. I'd be surprised if Haku got a big pop, he's well-liked and respected among the long-time fans but if he came out in a place like Topeka, KS he would probably get a Conway Pop.

Krystal Marshall/Lashley in the womens Royal Rumble. Along with Amy Weber, Joy Giovanni, and the rest of those dirt worst divas and diva search contestants. I'm sure they all had the same theme at one point.

Justin Credible (would he get the terrible X-Factor song?)

Literally anybody from the mid 2000s. Yeah. They needed NXT as it exists today to properly filter the awful, but properly train and build up anyone who had true potential. I suppose Smackdown itself post Paul E or WWECW was basically the minors.

When you put it this way, my pick would change to: Part of gigantic pops in their day. Slowly but surely dissolved to mean almost nothing to WWE fans. Could conceivably be brought back and have reason to... Yeah, that kind of describes Chavo Guerrero.

Any of the mid 2000's divas with a lyricless theme song since the crowd wouldn't know which one is coming out. Or Mark Jindrak. Didn't Jindrak go on to be a big star in Mexico? He could have his fans somewhere in Texas.

+1 for Justin Credible. Unless he returned as Aldo Montoya, of course.

I think a big part of the lack of recognition for Grand Master Sexay is that he was completely unrecognizable. He looked more like Scotty 2 Hotty. Then his clothing didn't fit the character at all but he was still doing the silly dance. It was just an incredibly odd juxtaposition. I was a fan of the guys back in the day and even I was scratching my head a bit.
